Anticorrosive protections and special airless paintings

The anticorrosive protection is made by airless dispersion of the anticorrosive protection systems or of the materials that can be sprayed.

The airless dispersion is the dispersion with no air of the substances that creates a protection layer of min. 140 um. Due to the high pressure used to push the material to be sprayed in the pistol's valve an atomization of the particles takes place - these particles, once deposited on the surface to be covered, will form a protection layer that is uniform and adherent.

Advantages of the airless dispersion:

  • High productivity
  • Very high working speed
  • An excellent finishing degree of the surface, due to the micro-atomization
  • High rate of use of the dispersed material
  • Anticorrosive protections can be done for concrete and metal, in order to protect the surfaces against chemical corrosion and atmospheric agents. On the surface - previously prepared according to the level imposed by the standard ISO 8501/1 - is applied a layer of ground of 40 microns and two layers of paint with the min. total width of 120 um.
