We prepare surfaces by sandblasting with sand rich in quartz or with grit - both concrete surfaces and metal surfaces, at heights of up to 60 m, with Clemco-type mobile sandblasting units. Upon request, we can furnish the sand and the necessary compressed air. On the metallic surfaces the preparation degree is according to Sa-ISO 8501/1. Sandblastings can be also made in places that are difficult to access - inside or outside.

• constructions made of metallic structure (cisterns, bridges, any kind of cranes, sea-drilling platforms, estacada for transportation, industrial equipment and machinery)

High water blasting - P = 1500 bar

High water blasting is executed with a mobile blasting unit that removes the rust, paint or any kind of deposits' layer, with help of a water jet at 1500 bar (consumption of about 100 l/hour). It cleans deposits from concrete, removes fuel oil, oil, calcium crusts, segregated concrete stains. It has the advantage of saturating the work surface before repairs. It cleans concrete reinforcements in order to be treated; it removes paint and rust before non-destructive tests.

Main fields of use:

• industrial and civil constructions( silos, water towers, concrete tanks or vats, monuments, a.s.o.)
• removes paint off concrete (graffiti) or buildings or roads
• cleaning and preparation of the surfaces for insulation, various treatments and repairs
• uncovering degraded concrete, uncovering reinforcements, in order to be replaced and protected.
