Mechanical cleaning

Main fields of use:

• eliminating calcareous deposits and crusts from constructions, eliminating old plaster
• preliminary preparation of surfaces before being painted (cranes, bridges, metallic scaffolds)

Crusts or plaster are eliminated with pneumatic hammers of small mechanization. In order to prepare metallic surfaces before being painted, the mechanical cleaning is made with angular grinders, using rotative brushes - having different hardness and rotative flanges made of abrasive paper with different granulations. The surface is prepared according the stanadards in vigor.

Cleaning with water pressure

We execute surface excavations, land-arrangements, groundworks.

Main fields of use:

• preliminary preparation of concretes - before plastering or fixing them or before esthetic alteration
• elimination of oil stains, vaseline deposits
• cleaning of the buildings' front

When concretes are repaired, it is imposed this kind of cleaning in order to clean deposits of any kind and in order to saturate the work surface. The metallic surfaces can be cleaned using chemical agents mixed with water - that result in an efficient cleaning, eliminating organic stains (work pressure 100-1500 bar). Stained-glass surfaces, coverings and front-panels can be also cleaned in the same way.
